Mark your calendars and get out your togas! Save the dates of June 20, 21 and 22, 2012 A MAACCE Olympics: One Conference, One Goal. Your MAACCE Planning Committee is hard at work scheduling events, speakers and activities that will tie in nicely with our theme.

Held at the beautiful Tan-Tar-a Resort at Osage Beach on Lake of the Ozarks, this conference provides an exciting 3-day journey for educators. Meet and get acquainted with your peers from around the state, expand and improve your programs with a large variety of topics in our breakout sessions and reap many benefits from the professional development opportunities. Some topics that will be presented at the conference include: Software Program Sessions; DESE Updates, Teaching Math (& other) Skills, Use of Social Media for Marketing; Grant Writing to Create New Revenue; Managing a Self-Supporting Program; Crisis Planning & Response; GED Study Guides; Students with Learning Difficulties; Dealing with Difficult People and MUCH MORE!

Registration Information:
Early Bird Registration: $175
Early bird discount has been extended until 5/31
Regular Registration: $225 after 5/31/12
Pre-conferences: No charge
(Fees include annual membership fee of $25)

Special: Presenters save $50 on registration by submitting proposal by March 15, 2012

LDI / Pre-Conference:
Our Leadership Development Institute is now officially full for the 2012 conference. If you didn't get into LDI for this year, keep in mind that we offer the program each year-- and we have some other great pre-conference options for this summer. For instance, if you are looking for best practice ideas, plan to attend the AUGUSOFT Pre-conference facilitated by Greg Marsalis of LERN on Wednesday 6/20 from 9a-2pm (includes a great lunch.) We also have Grant Writing, Social Media, and an AEL BTAP options for Tuesday 6/19 from 1-4pm. You can go back into your online reservation and add any of these events-- and again, these are FREE workshops provided by MAACCE for you!
