Registration is Open

You can now register for the MAACCE/MVAEA 2009 Conference at the Westin Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri. Registration this year will be done online. Individual or group registrations can be done and payment can include echeck, credit/debit cards or Purchase Orders. If you have any questions or need assistance to register online, contact Stephanie Tolen at stephanietolen@stcharlesae.org or call 636-443-4018.

Early Bird Registration has been extended! Also, the conference rate for hotel reservations at the Westin remain $125 per night.

2009 Leadership Development Institute

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow professionally and as a member of MAACCE? MAACCE is pleased to offer the 2009 Leadership Development Institute (LDI). The Institute offers a combination of leadership training and a MAACCE orientation to individuals who have been members for five or fewer years. You will have fun, make new friends, build your leadership skills, and learn how to become actively involved in MAACCE. The Institute precedes the 2009 MAACCE-MVAEA conference at the Westin Crown Center Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri. Conference Exhibitors

The Missouri Association for Adult Continuing and Community Education (MAACCE) and the Missouri Valley Adult Education Association (MVAEA) are preparing for our joint June conference in Kansas City, MO. We would love to have your company or organization represent itself as an exhibitor.

Showcase your products and services to hundreds of professional educators looking for ways to enhance their programs. As educators deal with the realities of increasing responsibilities and decreasing budgets, they are searching for systems and products that will help them do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Our theme for this year's conference is "All Star-Star Students and Educators: Achieving Your Personal Best".

Achieving your personal best is important to us and we will work hard to ensure that all exhibitors enjoy a successful conference and that all attendees have ample opportunity to meet you and visit your display. In an effort to encourage attendees to visit the exhibits, conference registration, breaks and other scheduled times have been designed so participants have plenty of time to visit your exhibit.  We will be offering an Exhibitor's Showcase, which allows each exhibitor 30 minutes of presentation time that will be advertised ahead of time.
